In 2001, the founders of TouchPoint Promotions had a rebate experience that was less than ideal.  After reviewing the industry and identifying the need for a new attitude towards rebates, TouchPoint Promotions was established.

The whole essence of TouchPoint was to create a customer-centric incentive marketing company, recognizing that each “touch point” with your customer is an opportunity to reinforce your brand and strengthen loyalty.

In 2003, Lars Christensen became the sole owner of TouchPoint Promotions.  Under his direction, TouchPoint has evolved into one of the premier marketing service companies of its kind. TouchPoint is one of the industry’s largest processors of paperless rebate submissions. TouchPoint is renowned for their stellar customer service with many top retailers and manufacturers in their industry.

Utilizing the tried and true approach of treating customers the way we’d like to be treated has been key in making TouchPoint such a phenomenal success. TouchPoint is headquartered in Mesa, Arizona (largest suburb of Phoenix) with offices in Denver, Dallas, as well as in Canada (Windsor, Ontario).
