A major orthopedic manufacturer was challenged with implementing a global employee incentive program that centralized budgets and provided an avenue to fairly and consistently recognize employees. Several vendors were used in the past to manage the complexities of their international recognition needs but did not provide the centralized visibility in to spend versus impact.
We were selected because of our ability to consolidate project management, administration, communications and awards under one roof creating a centralized reward and recognition portal strategically aligned and globally managed. And, just as important to the client, to provide all of the measurements and tracking with the added flexibility to change as needed to make sure their program had the desired ROI.
